  • 1. Accuracy of Information

    • All details you provide (including full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and Unique Learner Number where applicable) must be accurate and match your official identification documents.

    • Providing false or incomplete information may result in your registration being cancelled.

    2. Identification Requirements

    • You must bring valid original photographic identification (e.g. passport, driving licence) to the assessment.

    • Entry will be refused if acceptable ID is not presented, and course fees may be forfeited.

    • You must also provide the ID document number and expiry date when booking.

    3. Course Delivery

    • SkillPath Solutions will deliver the selected City & Guilds qualification (e.g. 18th Edition BS 7671:2018 – 2382-22) on the dates chosen at booking.

    • Training and assessment will be delivered in person at the centre unless otherwise specified.

    4. Learning Materials

    • For the 2382 qualification, you must have a current copy of the IET Wiring Regulations (Brown Book) and the On-Site Guide.

    • You may purchase these from us at booking or bring your own clean, unmarked copies on the day. Books must be the correct edition in line with City & Guilds exam regulations.

    5. Assessment Outcomes

    • We will provide all necessary training to prepare you for the assessment.

    • Successful completion of the course and assessment is not guaranteed; outcomes depend on your individual performance.

    • Any resits will be charged at the current rate.

    6. Reasonable Adjustments & Special Considerations

    • If you have additional learning needs, disabilities, or require reasonable adjustments, you must notify us at the time of booking (or as early as possible).

    • Supporting evidence may be requested. All approved adjustments will be recorded in line with City & Guilds requirements.

    7. Cancellations & Transfers

    • Our Centre Cancellation & Transfer Policy applies to all bookings.

    • You may request a cancellation or transfer in line with the deadlines and conditions set out in that policy.

    • Non-attendance without notice will normally result in forfeiture of fees.

    8. Fees & Payment

    • Course fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

    • Fees for optional learning materials are charged separately.

    • A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

    9. Data Protection & Privacy

    • Your personal data will be collected and processed in line with our Privacy Policy and our Data Protection & Confidentiality Policy, and in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

    • Data may be shared with awarding bodies (e.g. City & Guilds), regulators, and funding agencies for registration, certification, audit, and quality assurance purposes.

    • By booking, you consent to your data being used for these purposes.

    10. Complaints & Appeals

    • If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your course or wish to appeal an assessment decision, you should follow our Complaints & Appeals Policy.

    • Where issues cannot be resolved internally, learners may escalate appeals to City & Guilds.
